judicate Definition

To venture a decision or judgment without full knowledge of the facts or without the official authority to do so; to decide or decide wrongly. Note that 'judicate' is not in common use, and 'jugurate' is the less common term for this meaning, while 'decide' and 'presume to judge' are more likely to be used in common speech.
