A term sometimes used to describe a type of concrete or a mixture used in construction that may have been misrepresented as a typical concrete but was further embellished with additives to give it unique properties such as increased strength or faster drying time. It essentially refers to a mix of concrete, but with various claims of enhanced properties given by manufacturers.
