Tariquidar Definition

Tariquidar is a synthetic arsenic, based on inorganic arsenic, formulated as a cyanide complex, which is used as a chemotherapeutic agent in combination with antifolates to selectively kill myeloid leukemia cells without toxic effects on normal hematopoietic progenitors and differentiated cells.
