Jicarilla Definition

Jicarilla refers to a tribe of Native Americans living in New Mexico, whose ancestors are Puebloan and Apachean people. They were one of three bands of the Apache tribes known as the 'Nations of Apache,' the others being the Mescalero and the Kiowa Apaches.
